At Tio Chilo's, our mission is to provide the best Mexican food in San Francisco — and our mission just got a whole lot easier thanks to the folks at AlphaGraphics! If you haven't heard yet, our restaurant has been selected as part of their Make It Happen Business Makeover.
How It Happened
Tio Chilo's, searching for a new beginning after suffering through the worst of COVID-19, entered the AlphaGraphics Make It Happen Business Makeover competition — and won! We're delighted to share with you that AlphaGraphics is renewing our restaurant's appearance.
Where Things Started
The first thing our friends at AlphaGraphics tackled is our restaurant's branding, taking inspiration from our owner Liz's family history and heritage to create a more powerful brand image with a brighter color palette. To raise Tio Chilo's curb appeal, the new logo was strategically used throughout the restaurant to boost its visibility.
A Whole New Website!
In addition to the physical transformation, which included sidewalk signage, window graphics, and a new awning on the storefront as well as wall graphics covering the interior and printed materials, AlphaGraphics partnered with Marketing 360® to create a newly redesigned website to increase our visibility outside of the local community.

“My father always dreamed of opening his own restaurant, so he, my mom, and I started our family business almost 20 years ago. The pandemic hit us hard. Like every other small-business owner, we faced many challenges. Despite those challenges, we were able to make it through the pandemic while also continuing to give back to our community.
